I am working on EAD for a company A (I have approved H1 with company B). i want to maintain both the statuses, can i do that by running the paycheck with H1 company?
You cannot be on H1-B if you are working using EAD.
2)
my fiancee is on H1 status and i want to change her status from H1 to H4 (H1 getting expired). will it be ok as long as i maiting H1 status?

In order to qualify for H-4, the person has to be a legal dependent on the person holding H1-B. AFAIK, fiancee is not legally a dependent.

Holding an I-20 doesnt mean anything if you dont enroll for the required minimum credit hrs...You have to enroll....

Please be aware that W2s at 140 stage are mainly asked to judge the "ability to pay" of the employer. There can be other reasons too.

I recently received an RFE - I 140 and USCIS is asking for all the W-2's from 2004 - till date as i came to U.S.A in November 2004. I got my SSN in Jan ' 2005 and i have all the W-2's from 2005. I am currently unable to understand what to do in this situation. Did anyone had the same problem like me. Please shed your thoughts on this. :confused: :mad:

I think you should be ok as long as the I-140 isn't revoked. Green card is for future job and so you dont need to be currently working for them.

I saw that my 485 status was updated twice.
FP done on - Oct 24, 485 LUD was 24 Oct.
Nov 3 - one more LUD on 485 app for me and spouse.
: BEC LC cleared on June 21, PD march 2001, I 140 + 485 filed on July 2 for me and spouse.
What do you make out of the two LUDs in less than 2 weeks ?.
My I 140 is still pending. (EB2 Category)

The inventory number does not include the EB1 and EB2ROW filings, which are always C and out of queue/approved in less than 6 months. They are not shown in inventory numbers.

No. Wife's status change is independent of husband. H1 status of husband is not invalidated by wife's use of EAD.

I was reading some info abt EAD on this site and have come to know that Once H4 visa holders get their EAD's can work after getting SSN.But I read that If H4 visa holders start working as soon as they got EAD's.Does this invalidate H1 visa status if wife starts working on EAD.Please clarify my doubt.

Can anyone tell me if a PERM is first audited, and then reaudited, which one will be used for the priority date? the first one or the second one? or it does not matter (based on the date when the PERM was first filed)?
