Hey Kiwi,
You cannot create keyframes in Swift 3D. You can arrange or move around keyframes, and that is only by adjusting the animation path. I'll try to check and see if there is some hidden way of inserting keyframes in Swift.

My Receipt date for 485 is july 27th 2007 and nebraska is processing applications for this date.

I applied for cross chargeability on 10th March.. Any idea how long before my case is approved? My lawyer has confirmed that its possible and he claims that it should take 4-8 weeks. I wanted to check to see what the experience of people has been so far?

Any insight is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Friends,

I came to USA on H1B on Feb-07. I was working all the time except 6 months. I have pay slips with me and W2 forms. Now I am working on the project but it will be over on 15th of April-09.

I will complete my 3 years. But after this project is over, I don't know I can find the job again.

My question is,is it right time to do the visa transfer? Does it requires very recent pay stub of 3 months? I do not have pay stub for Jan and Feb-09.Does it matters?

What will be my best choice to transfer the visa(but don't know will have job after 15th so does it matters for transfer like client letter) or wait until May-June and file the 3 year extension ? But again that time I will have pay slips until April only.

I am really confused. Please give me your suggestions

The extremely contrasty background doesn't help, and the blown highlights on the dog's nose are also distracting. I'm not sure how much it would help, but you might try using fill flash (that still won't solve the background issue). Shooting on a day that's not overcast might help bring the sky into range.

My wife is right now on H4 and having her EAD which will be expiring in another 2 months. She is not planning to work. Currently I am woking on H1B, soon I will be joing another employer on EAD. My question is it necessry for my wife to renew EAD even if she is not planning to use it. Once I swith on EAD what need to be done for my wife.

My I140 application is denied and pending appeal and I am in the proces of applying for new I140, in Part 4 section 6 is it suggested to give deatils of old I140 and if checked yes what all documents should be attached.

:confused: I got very anxious when my co lawyer told me that I got a query from INS.

I recently transfered my H1 to current employer and started working for him. Even I got receipt number. When I last tracked the number in INS web site it says mail has been sent out asking for more information.

Company lawyer told me to produce all my paystubs ever since I started to work in US.

I am wondering will this cause any issue. Is this a normal procedure ?

Please help me, if any has any kind of information. Please share with me. My Id madhyastha@yahoo.com

My Wife had her COS from H4-H1, and I filed my I-485 in July with my wife as secondary applicant and already got our EAD,AP. We are planning to Visit India this month and my wife wants to use her AP while travelling back to US.

1. Is it advisable or are there any issues with using AP.
2. Can she use AP that she received as a secondary applicant and continue to work on H1B with her current employer
3. In Case her Status changes to EAD, can we reinstate her H1B at any point in time without counted against H1B Cap.

Pl Advise.

I am traveling to India after long time. The airline reservation requires me to provide my green card number. Can anyone tell me what that is? Is it A# number?

I tried entering the 9 digits of A# number on the airline website without a success, what is a right syntax?
AXXX-XXX-XXX or XXXXXXXXX without using �-�

I don�t want to submit wrong information.

Also, is it possible to provide this information at Check-In and not to worry about it now?
If anyone has done this before then let me know, any help is appreciated.

bigboy007: As long as you have filled the form given by ASC officer and she has endorsed your FP notice, You are fine. ASC officer was right, single finger print will cover both of your applications. Just relax, I see no issues.

Is premium processing available for EAD?

It seems USCIS published rule in federal register at one time. http://a257.g.akamaitech.net/7/257/2422/01jan20061800/edocket.access.gpo.gov/2006/pdf/06-4754.pdf

I checked current EAD form and dont see any reference to premium processing being available

ANyone has insight?
