    Hello,

    Please let me know if anybody is travelling from BLR(Bangalore) to BOS (Boston) by British Airways on Mar 1 2011.

    Because my mother-in-law is visiting US and she is travelling alone. If some travel companion is there it will be helpful as she does't speak english.

    Hello Everyone,

    Iam an H4 transferred to H1B. I am on H1B since one year. My pay is less than the one mentioned in LCA, but more than the prevailing wages. My job profile also includes some part of salary as comission, which I would get at the end of the year. This is apart from the salary Iam receiving right now (greater than the prevailing wage and less than LCA). Do I face any problem if I happen to go for H1B visa stamp. Could you also suggest me how to defend myself if I am asked the difference in the salary by visa officer. Thanking you all in advance.

    Hi I'm a Moroccan citizen I was placed in removal proceedings (NY Buffalo) and took voluntary departure. once my wife's divorce was finalized we got married while on voluntary departure. we filed motion to reopen the case and it was reopened and transferred to Los Angeles, CA then the judge closed my case based on marriage with an I130 receipt without prejudice. The I130 was filed on june 2009 and was transferred to Los Angeles on November 12, 2009. I made an appointment with Info Pass but they just said you have to wait untill we call you. My lawyer said I can't file for the I485 untill the I130 is approved. My question is: How long will it take before we will be called for an interview?
    An estimation will be much appreciated thank you very much.

    I have exact opposite case. My 140 was approved at TSC. Lawyers sent 485 to NSC. I asked they said its ok. Since they sent copy of 140 with 485. You can file anywhere.

    Please help me with online address change for CA DMV:

    My current license expires in May 2010. I moved recently. If I change my address using CA-DMV�s online change of address process, Will I be able to renew my driver license online during renewal time (feb 2010)?

    Whats the process for updating the address of the vehicle so that vehicle registration renewal (expected in Jan 2010) comes to the new address?

    if filed I think your att. may use PD portability.

    If not filed, don't see any reason why he can't straight use the LC of 2003.

    Ask him. Search here at IV on PD portability.

    My I-140 PD is pending since May 1Oth, But no Approval.
    The dates are Hoax, I dont know what Nebraska is doing,
    the Processing says August but I am from May but no Approvals yet.
